CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our API server in the Riyadh cloud location. The actual works are planned to take no longer than 2 hours in total.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customer’s virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers will not be able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel) for about 15 minutes. Also, a brief interruption in the web interface may occur.

CloudSigma would like to inform you of an upcoming power maintenance that will be performed. During the maintenance, we will be checking the power system of our storage devices.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. All power is already provided through the UPSs, so there is no risk of an outage.

Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that the hardware maintenance in our Riyadh cloud location was successfully completed. During the maintenance, we replaced a faulty drive from one of our storage boxes. All scheduled tasks took 1 hour and 20 minutes in total.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on running VMs, storage units, networks, or any other services.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

During the maintenance, we will be replacing a faulty drive in one of the servers part of the VMWare environment. The actual works are intended to take no longer than 1 hour in total.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.
